Mediterranean Bruschetta with Capers & Anchovies

Ingredients

1 Loaf of grain bread
100g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil
10 Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives
10 Anchovies
20g Capers
1g Oregano
Salt

Preparation

  1. Heat the hollowed out loaf of bread in the oven.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and marinate with Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil and salt. Place them in the center of the bread.
  3. Then add the anchovies, capers, Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives.
  4. Season with oregano.
