Orange Grilled Salmon with Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil

Ingredients

150g Grilled salmon
80g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil
30g Orange juice
Orange
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Drizzle Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil onto the salmon and grill to desired temperature.
  2. Mix Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil, orange juice.
  3. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place salmon on bed of sliced orange.
  5. Drizzle sauce onto grilled salmon.
