Pasta Au Gratin with Vegetables, Bacon & Real Greek Myzithra

Ingredients

200g Boiled penne pasta
50g Boiled corn
50g Green peas
50g Diced green peppers
50g Boiled diced carrots
100g Real Greek Myzithra
50g Bacon
50g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the penne paste in salted water until al dente.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the boiled penne pasta.
  3. Add the Real Greek Myzithra and continue mixing.
  4. Place mixture into a clay pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes until the top forms a golden brown crust.
