200g Boiled penne pasta
50g Boiled corn
50g Green peas
50g Diced green peppers
50g Boiled diced carrots
100g Real Greek Myzithra
50g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil
- Boil the penne paste in salted water until al dente.
- Mix all the ingredients with the boiled penne pasta.
- Add the Real Greek Myzithra and continue mixing.
- Place mixture into a clay pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes until the top forms a golden brown crust.
