Salty Cake with Sundried Tomato & Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives

Ingredients

2lbs Cake mix flour
300g Water
150g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil
100g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives
80g Sundried tomatoes
1g Oregano
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour in a large bowl and create a hole in the center.
  2. Pour in the water and Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil and knead well.
  3. Slice the Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives and sundried tomatoes into small pieces. Add them to the dough with oregano, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for two hours.
  5. Place the mixtures in a mold and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
