2lbs Cake mix flour
150g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil
100g Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives
80g Sundried tomatoes
- Sift the flour in a large bowl and create a hole in the center.
- Pour in the water and Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olive Oil and knead well.
- Slice the Real Greek Kalamata PDO Olives and sundried tomatoes into small pieces. Add them to the dough with oregano, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for two hours.
- Place the mixtures in a mold and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
